Prospectus of Hebei University of Technology 2021 for Bachelor Students

2. Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
(1) Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports bachelor students majoring in Civil Engineering and Communication Engineering.
(2) Duration. This scholarship only supports bachelor’s students for 2 academic years.
(3) Instruction Language: English-taught program.
3. Eligibility
(1) Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health. From January to September 2021, applicants should be in China.
(2) Requirements for applicants’ degree and age: applicants must be a higher vocational college graduate and no more than 25.
(3) English proficiency: applicants should have TOEFL results not lower than 85 or IELTS results not lower than 6.0.
(4) Chinese proficiency: applicants must have HSK3 results not lower than 180.
(5) Requirements for study background: the major applied by the applicants should be related to their study majors in higher vocational college.
4. Application Procedure
Complete the online application procedure at “Online Application System of Hebei University of Technology for International Students” (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do to log in).
5. Application Documents
(1) Copy of Passport Home Page.
(2) Notarized highest diploma: Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school.
(3) Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
(4) Applicants must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
(5) Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
(6) Financial report.
(7) Language qualification certificate. e.g., HSK certificates, IELTS or TOFEL report, instruction language certificate.
6. Fees and Charges
(1) Application fee: 600 RMB. No application fee will be returned.
(2) Tuition fee: 16000 RMB/ academic year.
(3) Accommodation fee: 600 RMB/bed/month, the students are responsible for water and power.
7. Scholarship
First-class scholarship: free tuition, free accommodation (Quadruple Room)
Second-class scholarship: pay half tuition, free accommodation (Quadruple Room)
Notice:
① Free accommodation is only provided in quadruple room. If you apply for a double room or a single room, you should pay the accommodation fee for the new room type. The fees for quadruple room can not be deducted from the price of the new room type. Off-campus accommodation is not allowed.
② According to the application documents, Admission Office of SIE will grant the applicants the scholarship. From the second academic year, international students are required to do the Scholarship Annual Review. Based on the results of Scholarship Annual Review, scholarship will be determined by Management Office. The students who break the law or regulations will have their scholarships suspended or canceled in accordance with the policy.

三、申請條件
1.非中國籍公民，身體健康，申請至入學階段須在中國境內；
2.學歷和年齡要求：須具有中國高等職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)學歷，成績優(yōu)秀，年齡不超過 25 歲；
3.英語水平：申請人應達到TOEFL 成績85分以上或 IELTS 成績6.0分以上水平；
4.漢語水平：申請人應達到HSK3級180分以上水平；
5.專業(yè)要求：申請土木工程專業(yè)需具有土木類專業(yè)學習背景，申請通信工程專業(yè)需具有電子類專業(yè)學習背景。
四、申請流程
登錄“河北工業(yè)大學來華留學網上報名系統”（登錄https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do后，點擊注冊）填寫申請信息，完成網上報名。
五、申請材料
1.護照首頁；
2.經過公證的最高學歷證明。如申請人為在校學生，須提交本人就讀學校出具的預計畢業(yè)證明或在學證明；
3.學習成績單。中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文的譯文；
4.《外國人體格檢查表》復印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中國衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統一印制，須英文填寫）。申請人應嚴格按照《外國人體格檢查表》中要求的項目進行檢查。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫(yī)師和醫(yī)院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查表》無效。檢查結果有效期為6個月；
5.無犯罪記錄證明。申請人須提交由所在地公安機關出具的有效期內的無犯罪記錄證明，通常應為提交申請之日前6個月以內的證明文件；
6.財產證明；
7.語言能力證明。如HSK成績報告（HSK成績報告有效期為兩年），雅思或托福成績單，畢業(yè)學校出具的授課語言證明。
六、收費標準
報名費：600元（不論錄取與否，均不退還）；
學費：16000元/學年；
住宿費：600元/床/月，水費、電費學生自理。
七、獎學金內容
一等獎學金：免交全額學費，提供免費校內住宿（四人間）
二等獎學金：免交一半學費，提供免費校內住宿（四人間）
注：①免費提供住宿僅限規(guī)定房型，如需升級為雙人間或單人間，按新房型原價支付住宿費，原免費提供住宿部分不得抵扣新房型費用。不允許校外住宿。
②國際教育學院招生辦公室根據留學生報名材料進行審核并確定其第一學年獎學金的等次及資格。自第二學年起，留學生需每年參加獎學金年度評審，由國際教育學院留學生管理辦公室根據其前一學年的表現評審其下一學年的獎學金資格，對存在 違規(guī)違紀等行為者，學校依據《河北省政府-河北工業(yè)大學來華留學生聯合獎學金管理辦法》暫?；蛉∠洫剬W金資格。
