嘉賓簡介:
張龍博士,湖南大學工商管理學院助理教授。湖南大學、韓國SolBridge國際商學院雙學士,澳大利亞新南威爾士大學商學院博士。
博士期間,曾擔任澳大利亞體育學院管理系人力資源管理主任講師,并在新南威爾士大學作為輔導教師任教多門商科課程。
研究領域:定性研究方法、人力資本、戰略人力資源、組織行為學、商業倫理和領導力等。已在Journal of Business Ethics, the Service Industries Journal, 中國科技論壇等商科國際及國內主流期刊發表多篇論文。 擔任國際學術期刊The Journal of Aussie-Sino Studies助理主編,International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM)等多家商科國際主流期刊及學術會議同行專家審稿人。主持中南院、湖南友阿集團等多家央企、國企咨詢項目。
Dr. Zhang was attracted to be a scholar when he started undergraduate study in Sichuan University. He was introduced to research in 2010 at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) when He enrolled in Ph.D. to pursue his fascination with Management. Over the four years in UNSW, he was initiated into ethnography, meta-analysis and survey research by examining how employees react to managers’ mistreatments. Shortly after he graduated, he joined Research Institute of Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics as an Associate Professor. Dr. Zhang has published papers in Asia Pacific Journal
of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Tourism Management, The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Health Policy and Planning.
