現(xiàn)任英國德蒙福特大學(xué)(De Montfort University)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與信息學(xué)院教授,計(jì)算智能研究中心主任和人工智能研究院副主任。楊教授長期從事計(jì)算智能理論、方法及應(yīng)用研究,在計(jì)算智能方法、進(jìn)化計(jì)算求解動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化和多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問題、智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化等方面的研究做出了突出貢獻(xiàn),其研究工作得到英國工程和物理科學(xué)基金會(huì)、英國皇家工程學(xué)會(huì)、英國皇家學(xué)會(huì)、歐盟以及工業(yè)界的大力資助,先后承擔(dān)了30余項(xiàng)科研基金項(xiàng)目。出版英文編著2部,編輯國際會(huì)議論文集8部, 發(fā)表論文390多篇,其中SCI期刊論文190余篇,其Google Scholar 引用17000余次,H-index為68,入選2021年和2022年美國斯坦福大學(xué)發(fā)布的全球人工智能和圖像處理領(lǐng)域前1% 頂尖科學(xué)家榜單。楊教授應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任10余種國際知名期刊副主編或編委,擔(dān)任國際大會(huì)程序委員會(huì)主席和分會(huì)主席60余次,并應(yīng)邀做國際會(huì)議大會(huì)報(bào)告或?qū)n}報(bào)告30余次,曾任IEEE計(jì)算智能協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)化計(jì)算技術(shù)委員會(huì)動(dòng)態(tài)和不確定環(huán)境下的進(jìn)化計(jì)算專家組主席和IEEE計(jì)算智能協(xié)會(huì)智能系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)委員會(huì)智能網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)專家組創(chuàng)始主席。楊圣祥教授是東北大學(xué)教育部“長江學(xué)者”講座教授(2019-2022)。
講座簡介:
Evolutionary Computation (EC) encapsulates a class of stochastic optimisation algorithms, which are inspired by principles from natural and biological evolution. EC has been widely used for optimisation problems in many fields. Traditionally, EC methods have been applied for solving static problems. However, many real world problems are dynamic optimisation problems (DOPs), which are subject to changes over time due to many factors. DOPs have attracted a growing interest from the EC community in the last two decades due to the importance in the real-world applications of EC. This talk will first briefly introduce the concept of EC and DOPs, then review the main approaches developed to enhance EC methods for DOPs, and describe several detailed approaches developed for EC methods for DOPs. Finally, the current challenges and future work on EC for DOPs will be briefly discussed.
